2. Express Post
Each order is carefully packed and goods are shipped from our warehouse in Clayton South, VIC. We aim to dispatch goods on the day of order, however larger orders and during peak holiday times we may require additional time. You will receive an email from us when we have shipped your order, including a tracking number for your delivery. Please note that any quoted shipping timeframes are a guide, and not guaranteed as final delivery is outside our control once it has left our premises. Likewise, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Your order will be delivered through Australia Post eParcel, TNT, or courier. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Please allow extra time for deliveries during peak times eg Christmas and Easter. Posh Partyware does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them at your cost for a credit.
Most deliveries will require you to be present so if no one is available when your parcel is delivered by Australia Post they will leave a card advising you of your pickup options, normally at your closest post office. Should an item arrive faulty or damaged, we will happily arrange a replacement, exchange or a refund. We do however require a digital photograph by email including your order number to email@example.com. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that is not deemed faulty or damaged, or already used.
By selecting Express Post, this service is generally a next business day delivery (as long as the address is within the express post network). However this no longer guaranteed by Australia Post for next business day, so whilst it is generally next day it is not guaranteed. Correct address details within the express post network is the responsibility of the customer. Orders must be placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) so we have sufficient time to pack and dispatch your order via Express service. Orders places after this time, on Public Holidays or during weekends will be sent the next business day. Where necessary we will send your items via another freight company’s Express Service in order to meet the delivery expectation. No Express delivery is guaranteed.

If you choose to exchange a product for any reason the delivery costs are non-refundable, unless we have made an error with your order or the item is deemed faulty. The goods must be returned in original condition, unopened and unused and must be received within 14 days of purchase. Products need to be accompanied by proof of purchase, your name, contact details and reason for return. Items may be exchanged for items of the same value or in exchange for a credit note to the value of the item. Credit notes are valid for 12 months.
Returns policy does not apply to items purchased at sale prices. All sale items are final sales and no exchanges or refunds will be given unless the product is deemed faulty. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage, freight or courier costs incurred.
All returns must be pre-arranged with management and returned to Returns - Posh Partyware within 14 days of purchase. It is advisable to take insurance on your return post as we will not be held responsible for any product lost in transit.
